Heatmaps offset

Hi all,

Has anyone had the issue with CPI showing the heatmap calculations being 'off' by half an inch or so (see screenshot for example). We had it in version 1.3.0.20 and even after upgrading to 2.0 it is still occurring. I've tried in Firefox, IE and Chrome and same result. My Java and Flash are up to date.

Muchas gracias,

Ric

Ok looks I've solved my own riddle but I'll leave this here for anyone with the same problem. I went into 'position APs' and then just selected "Save" straight away. This re-calculated the heatmap and rectified the issue. I also had a colleague then load the map and it was fixed for him.

Note: Selecting "Recomputed RF Prediction" from the top right hand drop-down menu also resolves the issue.

Cheers,

Ric
