Hi all;

As you can see in the following figure, my current Virtual Interface IP Address is 192.0.2.1:

Although I can change this address using CLI, I want to know that how can I change this address using GUI method in C9800 17.12.05 box?

Thanks

I just want to make sure that you understand the concept of this virtual IP address (VIP). This is used for Guest redirection. The Virtual IP address for the WLC must be configured as a non-routable IP address. You must ensure it does not overlap with the network infrastructure. The available address space are - 192.0.2.0/24, 198.51.100.0/24, and 203.0.113.0/24. So the IP address you have configured is a good one (unless you want to change it).

To answer the specific question of yours - you can change the address from WLC GUI > Configuration > Security > Web Auth > global > Virtual IP address.

  - I consider the question as being not  that important ; on the 9800 platforms the GUI is only  a comfort tool and the CLI is the basic technical configuration tool,
