In our project already one controller and 90 access points are configured but client want to install stand by WLC.

it depends on what you have license and code wise.
If you are running 7.4 and your new WLC is 50 licenses or the HA-SKU you coudl configure AP-SSO
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps10315/products_tech_note09186a0080bd3504.shtml
If you are not wanting to go that route, then you need to configure the new WLC exactly the same as the original, with the exception of the IP addresses on each dynamic interface.
Then you add them to the same mobility group.
the difference is, with AP-SSO, it is a true master/slave db. You change the master and it gets pushed to the slave.
otherwise, if you make changes to one, you need to make changes to the other as well.
Cisco PI, can help with that by allowing you to push templates to each WLC.
HTH,
Steve
