You make then different AP Group and assign the IP address, if you doing same place, roaming will have issue, since IP subnet changes.

Here is the high level flow:

Local mode APs:
Define/Create VLANs or SVIs for wireless VLANs on WLC.
policy profile - Create policy per each WLAN and from drop down select the VLAN-id/interface.
on site tag(==AP group), map WLAN to policy-profile(that has appropriate VLAN-id) for that site as stated in flex profile.
Repeat for all WLANs and for other sites.

Flex mode APs:
Create flex group/flex site, per site. configure/define VLANs that will be used in that site.
policy profile - Create policy per each WLAN and manually type VLAN-id.
on site tag(==AP group), map WLAN to policy-profile(that has appropriate VLAN-id) for that site as stated in flex profile.
Repeat for all WLANs and for other sites.

Aireos Vs IOS-XE interpretation:
Aireos IOS-XE
WLAN WLAN that has only radio-related config.
XXXX policy profile that has extended WLAN config along with VLAN mapping.
AP-group Site-Tag
