How to make my aironet1250 to support 'no ack' mode?

What is exactly the "no ack" mode that you are refering to ? It doesn't ring a bell to me.

In general, every packet which was sent to/from an access point expects an acknowledge packet from the peer.

But in 'no ack' mode, that acknowledge is not required. That means higher throughtput could be get if the air is clean.

Unicast requires ack. That is per standard on cisco ap

Broadcast and multicast are on packwt types that do not require ack over wireless.

I'll add that it's not a "cisco doesn't support this feature". It's more like what you are suggesting is against the 802.11 standard. 802.11 requires ack for unicast data packets so we can't go against that.
