I can't see Cisco Air Provisoning SSID in Mobility Express

Hello.

I usally use only console to Cisco mobility express AP settings. So I don't know CiscoAirProvision.

But Today, My customer ask me that how to use Cisco Air Provision web configuration.

My customer can't not saw any default SSID(Cisco Air Provison).

I already updated Customer's APs from 8.5 to 8.10 and reset APs and delivery to customer. So My Customer's AP is not first boot.

I am suspicious that SSID is not occurring because it is not the first boot.

No matter how much I take out an AP and reset it, CiscoAirProvisioning does not appear.

Please advise to me.

Go for a stable version and then give a try: 8.10.130.0

Ah, I tried to reset ME AP&Controller many times..

I can see CiscoAirProvisioning. I can access SSID.

But I can't access https://192.168.1.2/ (default gateway) but I can ping 192.168.1.2..

Thank your advice.

But I failed to access CiscoAirProvision..

I tried access https://192.168.1.1 or http service and ping.

I can't access https, ping, http...

192.168.1.2 also can't https, http. (can ping)

can you try to access # mobilityexpress.cisco #

I already tried this. But I can't access.

I tried ME 1815, ME 1830 on firmware 8.10.112.0. I also failed.

I will try another firmware version.

After updating AP to 8.10.130.0 and resetting, CiscoAirProvision works.

It seems to be a firmware issue.

I know for the EWC which is similar to the ME, you need to have the ap connected to the network and also need to obtain a dhcp address first. The ap seems to look for this before you can access the wizard in the UI.

It does not work even if the IP is assigned to the AP. (I used DHCP Server to allocate ip)
It works normally after firmware update.
