Identity PSK and RADsec on C9800-80 17.12.4

Dear All,
we're operating an IoT SSID leveraging the Identity PSK feature in combination with a FreeRadius Server. Now we plan to encrypt the communication between the Wireless Controller and the RADIUS server for this Identity PSK SSID using RADsec.
Can anyone tell us if this will work as planned and if yes how to proceed with the implemention ? Is there any usesful guide for RADsec for Identity PSK ?

As far as I know 9800 doesn't currently support RadSec. It supports radius DTLS with ISE which uses DTLS over UDP but not the TCP based RadSec standard.
