Image Management- Cisco Prime

Hi All,

I am trying to do image upgrade through cisco site & when i try loging in it shows wrong credentials thogh i use the correct one. Where exactly i should enter login cred for cisco.com in prime.

Step 1 Log in to the Prime Infrastructure server and choose Administration > Software Update .

Step 2 Click Check for Updates.

Step 3 Enter your cisco.com credentials and select the software updates you want to install.

You might be prompted to restart the Prime Infrastructure server to complete the update.

I have taken a backup... is it possible to use usb for installation.?

Are you using correct cisco credentials?
