Is there a timout for Cisco NCS Prime Infrastructure users

We're running version 1.2 of Prime Infrastructure.  We created a service account to we could put it up on a large monitor on the wall.  Problem we're having is that we notice that during the day we have been bounced out and are back at the PI login page.

Can't seem to find a timeout setting anywhere, nor do we see exactly when the service account gets logged out because we're not watching it like a hawk. 

Anyone know if there's a hidden timeout?

Hi,

NCS web session timeout redirects to login page without any notification

Symptom: NCS web session timeout redirects to login page without any message alert or notification

Conditions: Under Administration > User Preferences for Root/admin user, Logout idle user is enabled and "Logout idle user after" is set for 15 mins. NCS web session is kept idle for above configured duration.

Workaround: None

I'm not sure if this could be done in 1.3 or not but it can be set in Prime Infrastructure 2.0 where the web session doesn't timeout....

Upgrade now to 1.3 update 4. Do not run 1.2 it has been deferred even I believe.
