ISE Central Web Authentication_WLC

I have some problems with ISE Central Web Authentication deployement

When the user associates to the web authentication SSID, and opens the browser, the WLC redirects to the guest portal, only just when he introduced the ip address of the website ex:41.180.200.35 not URL ex: www.google.com,

So when URL is tyoed and hit, what exactly happens? they page opens to the desired destination? can you check the DNS and DNS pre auth acl on WLC for users?

Please also clear the local DNS host file from the clients

when URL is typed and hit this message appears in my browser. knowing that i don't configure  DNS pre auth i just use 8.8.8.8 also i don't have any dns sever in my network you can see here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B_LuSLzO50BNcExieUVuYTRKMms/view?usp=sharing

sorry but i confuse some notions; the user associates to the web authentication SSID, DHCP Server send DNS information [in my network 8.8.8.8] but he can resolve any URL because you must authenticate "DNS is unreachable" now what is the solution, i don't now what DNS pre auth acl, how to configure it.
