Joining a Catalyst 9130AX AP to a 9800-40 WLC

Good Day,

Can any please supply a web link for joining instructions? 

This is a new WLC & a new AP.

Previously I joined AP's to a AIR-CT5520-K9 WLC and using the CLI command:

capwap ap primary-base *WLC* *IP*

This is clearly not working

Any feedback will be apricated

 - Why not  ? What are you observing and or post access point console log and controller log when the AP tries to join ?
                             Always better to include these in the initial post.

  Also review the current controller configuration with CLI show tech wireless  ; have the output processes with https://cway.cisco.com/wireless-config-analyzer

What version of software is the WLC running? (show ver)
What version of code is installed on the AP? (this will be clear from the full console logs as requested by Marce)
Are any other APs joined to the WLC?
