Hi,
We are working on a project where we are getting rid of TACACS from our WLC for admin users and going to use another tool. We want Network administrators (NOT WIFI USERS) to use AD to login into WLC.
We have created groups in AD. I need to understand what we have to do in WLC. Would I need to configure LDAP for Network Admins or something else. Need some step by step guide - thanks.

Hi
LDAP is used by the WLC for Wireless client authentication. For user administration you can have Local, RADIUS or TACACS.
What you can do is add a RADIUS server on the WLC and configure your RADIUS to use your LDAP data base.
