LED flashing Cisco 2802i

I have Cisco 2802i-e-k9 and after boot its flashing Green,blue,red slowly and it doesn't broadcast ssid. What is the problém?

in addition to the suggestion LED status - Is this AP joined WLC? Could you connect the console and check the complete booting process?

The AP is in mobility express mode. I will post the boot process today
