Lightweight AP IOS Software Required for Cisco 2702i Access Point

Hi,

Recently we have purchased a Cisco 2702i-N-K9 AP and installed Autonomous IOS.

Now we got the WLC and need to configure with the WLC.

when I am trying to download the lightweight IOS(ap3g2-k9w8-tar.153-3.JBB.tar) from the cisco site it is giving some error like "Service Contract Required"

Kindly suggest and give me some solution to download lightweight IOS.

Email TAC with the serial number of the AP and specifically tell them you're after the controller-based IOS. 

Another thing, console into the AP and post the output to the command "dir".  Sometimes, when you convert the AP to autonomous the "RCV" file is still kept on the AP.
