Is that all the "useful" information available?

  1. What firmware is the WLC on?
  2. What is the model of the APs?
  3. What is the error message about "not connect ssid"?
  4. Can the wireless client join the WiFi if the SSID is OPEN authentication?

  1. What firmware is the WLC on? ( 17.6.4 bangularu)
  2. What is the model of the APs? (9120axid)
  3. What is the error message about "not connect ssid"?( not showing any)
  4. Can the wireless client join the WiFi if the SSID is OPEN authentication? (yes i open but not connect error message showing when opens auth use
  5. even not showing any log messasge i take ap ssh and run command debug

With the SSID with OPEN authentication, are the wireless clients getting a valid IP address?

Past the output of the cpommand:

show wlan name <wlan name>

- Start with reviewing the  configuration of your 9800 controller with the CLI command : show  tech   wireless , have the output analyzed by  https://cway.cisco.com/tools/WirelessAnalyzer/  , please note do not use classical show tech-support (short version) , use the command denoted in green for Wireless Analyzer.               Checkout all advisories!  This tool can also make you aware of the RF environment such as coverage holes , APs under heavy load , APs undergoing frequent channel changes and so on. It is advised to use WirelessAnalyzer on a regular basis afterwards,

Which setting are you using for you WLAN profile? Can you post the output from "show wlan id <YOUR_WLAN>" here? Maybe using some feature Apple devices don't like so try to start from an Open WLAN profile as @Leo Laohoo said and then continue adding more features little by little, starting by with PSK, then dot1X, then others you may want to add but oneby-one.
