Macbook Air & Cisco WLC

Hi

MacBook Air gets disconnect on Cisco Wireless setup, other windows OS Laptop got no issues.
WLC 5508 software code 7.6.120.0
AP 3700

SSID config
Layer2 Security # WPA+WPA2
WPA+WPA2 Parameters - checked tabs are WPA2 Policy & Encryption AES
PSK - checked
 

Any hint to get it fixed

What radios are you using (2.4 or 5Ghz?)

Did you disable any of the channels, or make any of them mandatory?

Did you try a different MacBook Air?

Hi Chris

Same SSID is being used by Windows and Mac so both radios are selected.
most of the settings are default
some mac book air works and couple of them dont, but no difference in config for both non working mac and working mac.

Do you have Fast SSID Roaming enable?

That could be a problem on Macbook pro.

Is client load balancing turned on?

is there a common model of macbook airs that arn't working?
