Max link speed 54mb/s on cisco AIR-AP1832I-F-K9

I use a Cisco AIR-AP1832I-F-K9 with Mobility Express 8.10, but when it is turned on the 5 GHz frequency with the AC band or 802.11 ac protocol does not turn on.

when turned on the signal is only detected with band A or the 802.11a protocol only and the maximum link speed or rate is 54 mb s, this speed is slower than the 2.4 GHz speed where the link speed reaches 144 mb/ s.

tell me how to fix this.

Do you have TKIP enabled? Then it is expected behaviour. Just disable it and enjoy full speed.

no, i haven't enable TKIP, and I tried to scan my wireless network using 5ghz AC usb wifi and the result was that the network that appeared was only A band, and AC band does not appear. then i tried setting my device to use AC only, but the result is the network was not appeared at all

Did you enable the new speeds on the AP?
Can you try it with an SSID without encryption?

No, i didn't enable it, and i was trying to create new SSID without encryption but the result is same

I currently don't have an ME AP to test here. What shows the GUI in regards to the enabled speeds?
Have a look at the best practices in the GUI, but don't enable everything, not all functions are indeed best practice. But you should see one or two in regards to wrong configuration causing bad speed.
Also, have you tested a second client?

I have tested on other devices, but the results are the same. My Cisco device uses firmware mobility express version 8.10.113.0, I tried to downgrade the firmware to version 8.3.111.0, the results are all normal, the maximum linkspeed is 433 Mb/s and the AC band is turned on again.

Is there a bug in firmware 8.10.113.0, so that the maximum link speed on the 5 GHz frequency is only 54 Mb/s?

Make sure your channel width is set to 40mhz and that you are connected at 5GHz.

Based on your tests, yes it sounds indeed like there is an incompatibility between your client and the AP with that firmware.
