I have 7 Mesh access points module: AIR-CAP1552-A-K9, I need that all the users for the WLAN's get local IP address for the remote site, how can I redirect wlan's to local Vlan, if someone knows I really need help.

You can't is your 1552's are RAPs or MAPs. Only if your 1552's are in FlexConnect mode, which I don't think you want them to be. Traffic gets tunneled all the way back to the RAP so unless your bridging that vlan back to where the WLC/RAP is connected in the network, there is no way.
