Migrate 1832 from ME to EWC

Working on a deployment that had roughly 20 1832is in a ME configuration.  Added 2 9115s into a new cluster w/ a the 2nd as a standby controller.  I've been able to migrate 19 or the 1832i's over w/o any issue and they're serving clients as expected.  The last 1832, which is now the controller, won't move, at least not how I've been doing them.  I've been ssh'ing to the APs, issuing this:

capwap ap primary-base 9115WLC01 192.168.192.10

capwap ap restart

and then a few minutes later, after the image download, the AP shows up in the new controller.  The last 1832, running as the controller, takes the commands, but then nothing happens.  I imagine if it comes to it I can factory default that AP, but considering it's location if I could do it from an ssh session it would be ideal.

So I think I was able to get this going.  I issued

#capwap ap erase all

initially and thought option 43 would push the AP to the new controller, but that didn't work as it just came back on the old controller w/ default configuration.  So I reran the command, changed the vlan to be on the same L2 as the new controller and let it boot up and I see it moved over successfully.
