Hope you can help me on this. Mobile IP is new to me. I have a core network using MPLS VPN, there are 4 major subnet in the network. All the gateways are on the PE router. I have wireless client who need to have roaming capability.
a) Can I have roaming through L2 via MPLS VPN network for my wireless client?
b) I can achive L3 roaming via mobile IP but what are the consideration and dependencies on the core?
c) For wireless client to roam between subnets, what is the handoff duration to another AP. I understand that the agent discovery and registration process have to reinitiate.
