Hello guys ,
I have 1 AP 1852i and another AP 1832i :
I want to make sure if we can do the following:
1-I will download the 1852i ME OS as well as the 1832i ME OS ( same versions).
2-Install both OS on each AP.
3-Connect the 1852i to my switch 2960 which will be my dhcp server.
4-I will setup my 1852i as controller ( defining all parameters , SSIDs, .... )
I need to know if the above steps are correct and would the next step be just connecting in the 1832i to my switch and it will automatically detect all settings ?
Regards ,
Mahmoud

You need to have valid service contract to download the Mobility express SW.
Here is the link:
https://software.cisco.com/download/release.html?mdfid=286285803&flowid=75343&softwareid=286289839&release=8.3.112.0&relind=AVAILABLE&rellifecycle=&reltype=latest
If you dont have the valid contract then ask with your supplier, he may help you.

One more question ,
Have you tested if sessions are dropped/interrupted during transitions between access points ?
I have a critical application , session should not be dropeed
Thanks in advance.

No did not test it because I have only one AP.
You can test it before going live, as you have 2 APs.
