You have not actually asked any question (!) but I'm guessing you want to know how to disable TLS1.0 and enable TLS 1.2 right?
"config network secureweb cipher-option high enable"
then reload should do that on WLC - not sure if the command is supported on ME.
This is default in latest 8.10 WLC release.
If ME doesn't support it then you should think about 9800 EWC on Catalyst 9100 APs.
