Hi All
I Updated the 5508 from 7.0.230 to 7.4.100 and made it a cluster.
Sinse the Update the handscanners loose the connection to the AS400 Application.
Where to start troubleshooting?
I did a debug client, I see the client is roaming but I can not say if there is a relation between roaming and loosing connection to the application.
Please help.

I will try to get more info. I think Motorola understands they have an issue with the current driver but initially was blaming the wireless. Let me get the info from my peer.

Scott,
thanks alot.
it was solved by WPA/TKIP and motorola support.

No problem... maybe the handheld device should have a section on using WPA/TKIP so others don't run into the same issue.
Thanks,
Scott

Hi all
the problem is solved.
first what we did (thanks to Scott and Yahya) , change SSID to WPA /TKIP only.
Second changed the Scanners to CAM Mode = constant awake mode.
