can we move AP licenses from a 5520 WLC to a 3504 WLC with Smart licensing.
Can you please confirm that and any reference or documentation

With smart licensing, you do not require to move it from 5520 to 3504. As long as you enable smart licensing for both units, it will check against license availability on smart licensing portal when AP registers to it.
