move WCS from server to another

Sorry if I missed this, but what are the steps to move my WCS config from one server to another?

Both servers are running RedHat ES 3.0 and WCS 3.x

Also, is there a way to make one server the primary & the other backup WCS server?

I think it is possible to take back up of existing configuration by following the steps given in hte URL:

I am also in the same boat. We currently need to move WCS from its current box to a new one and I am not finding alot of info on the correct process to achieve this.
