Moving from one AP to another asking re authentication

Hi,

I am using WLC 2504 with 50 AP the model are 2700, 3600 and 1700. when moving from one AP to another AP device is disconnecting and asking for re-login.

Can you explain, how is your SSO ( Single sign on setup done). ?

Thanks, I am using wpa2 enterprise, authentication with DC.

did you do the site survey properly ? if not then do it.

Thanks, you are right we have some point which is very far away from each other but the network is extended. when we are moving  to location where very weak signal or 2 or 3 time disconnection this problem happen. so can extend the Wi-Fi to those points. is there any other solution.

first and formest solution is to do site survey(its the absic requirement of WLAN to work smoothly)

We have 1 extended Service set which is included 5 Basic Service Set the distance between each BSS is 300m. the connection in between are PTP. we did our site survey in each BSS and there is no problem.
