20033,AP: Native VLAN id should be same accross the APs in Flex group.

The setting of the switch port connected to the AP is VLAN1.

Is there a problem??

In a FlexConnect group, your access points should use the same “native vlan” for management. The wlan to vlan mappings is not the issue here. So for example, all aps in building 1 FlexConnect group is set to vlan 10 as netaive vlan. The ap switch port is defined as a trunk port with native vlan 10. Take a look at the FlexConnect guide.
Also, you should not have your wlans mapped to one vlan.

Switch port vlan 1

Flexconnect native vlan 1
Flexconnect group wlan vlan 1

I can't understand the message that the vlan id must be the same.

Well you are using the tool that scrubs your configuration that you uploaded.  Take a look at your config and search for native vlan and see if maybe you have something there.  Are you also uploading multiple configs to the tool or just one.

I don't understand why you are using vlan 1 for everything?  That is not an ideal design to implement.  You should put your ap's in a management vlan or own its own if possible and each ssid should also be on its own vlan/subnet.
