What is the best wireless scanner that will work on my Ipaq? I need to be able to find rogue devices that are in my network that I don't want. I at least want to detect 802.11b and anything beyond that is a plus.
Any suggestions?

Check out ministumbler. http://www.stumbler.net. We use it all the time with good results. It doesn't work with a cisco card so you'll need one of the supported ones.

Doesn't NetStumbler just allow you to find APs? If so I really would like something that would also detect wireless clients as well.

I use Airmagnet
You can do much more than just find aps and clients! 0)
Its really a great tool but it isnt cheap.
