Need help on Downgrading of the IOS version of cisco 4500 Switch

HI Team,

we are planning to downgrade IOS Version of CISCO 4500 switch from 3.7.2E to 3.6.7E.

Please  let us know 

if we can get there in 1 step without breaking VSS. Can we use ISSU or do we have to take outage?

says we can't go past 3.6.6 

Pleas help me with this.we need your valuable inputs.
