What is a PAFX file?I have never heard of this file before.

.PAFX is Antenna pattern file for iBwave reach or infovista plannet.

I think you'll need to talk to those vendors directly - they'll need to provide the templates for their products.
I've never seen those supplied by Cisco.

Yes i checked with them but they need a AP pattern file in .txt to create pafx file. Can you guide how to get this .txt AP pattern file

The only people who might be able to help you with that is the Cisco Wireless Network Business Unit.
Talk to your Cisco account manager or sales engineer about making contact with WNBU to see if they can help you.It's very strange for a vendor to ask you to do that - they would normally deal with Cisco directly themselves.Cisco and Infovista are (or at least were, not sure if they still are) technology partners - for example https://www.infovista.com/press-release/infovista-and-cisco-collaborate-on-application-performance-visibility-to-help-communications-sps-deliver-differentiated-ip-vpn-services so I can't understand why they don't talk to Cisco directly.
iBwave also claims to be a Cisco Solution Partner: https://www.ibwave.com/partners/technology-partners
You should ask them why they don't get it directly from Cisco.
