Need to view WEP key (PSK)

I just started working for a company that has no documentation for the network. What i am trying to do is setup 7925 wireless phone and the wireless system uses a 5508. The WLAN for the phones has a pre shared key but it just shows 3 asterisks. I can't find anywhere in the CLI either to show me in plain text. Can someone tell me how I can retrieve it?

No you don't... if you have to change the PSK, then you will have to change it on the WLC and then on each phone.  You might want to take a look at this bulk utility.

You will not be able to see the pre-shared key if you are using WPA/WAP2 w/psk.  If you are using WEP, you can.

In viewing the WLAN security it is WPA+WPA2. Do I have any other options other than changing it and going to each phone currently using it to put in the new PSK?

Thanks for the information. I went ahead and just created another WLAN until I can track down the PSK. Great info Scott.
