No puedo acceder al WebGUI

Buenos dias comunidad!

En esta oportunidad vengo a solicitarle de su ayuda en lo siguiente: No puedo conectarme a la WebGui. Desde las opciones del APP via comando pude constatar que la opción de Web GUi está habilitado tanto para HTTP como HTTPS, sin embargo, no puedo acceder.

Pensando que era algo de mi firewall/router principal, cree una regla que habilita la conexion al AP sin filtros ni nada, pero el caso es que sigue igual. Ya he reiniciado el AP pero igual.

Pero tengo otro problema adicional, queria mostrar el comando donde se muestra en la configuración que WEBMODE está habilitado pero no se que pasó porque ahora no me toma los comandos que antes yo usaba, por ejemplo el siguiente comando:

Agradecería cualquier apoyo que me puedan dar al respecto.

   Tenga (config network webmode enable) en cuenta que requiere un reinicio Si ha reiniciado el punto de acceso en el medio,     verifique si el punto de acceso todavía está ejecutando la movilidad expresa (emita el comando show version nuevamente)

Disculpa, pero no entendí bien. El problema es que en el CLI no me permite ejecutar el comando, me indica lo siguiente:

No se, es como si estuviera en un modo de configuración distinta. No he podido encontrar algo en internet que corrobore eso.

Por algun motivo ese comando me sigue sin aplicar.

Yo tengo dos AP, uno es un 2800 y el otro 3800, será que este quedo como "esclavo" del otro? por que al que estoy configurando es el 2800, al 3800 le perdí el rastro.

@Marcelo306 necesitas primero entrar en modo privilegiado con el comando "enable" para poder utilizar comandos avanzados.

Era eso. La verdad tengo muy poca experiencia con estos devices Cisco y me pierdo. Ahora si puedo aplicar los comandos.

enable mode only applies if the AP is in CAPWAP mode so that is the first thing to ascertain...
- try "show ver"
- try "show sysinfo"
depending on the output tells you whether the AP is in CAPWAP or ME mode.
If it's in CAPWAP mode (most likely if the commands aren't working anymore then you need to switch back to ME mode:

ap-type mobility-express tftp://<tftp server ip-address>/<filename of ap1g4 TAR file with path from root on the TFTP server>
If the AP is already running ME capable image it should switch without downloading the image again.

Yes, now with that command "enable" I can apply more commands.

In my case, the command that works is SHOW VERSION

For some reason, the Mobility Express console change its IP. 

Now I can access mobility express console on SSH.

the problem persist, I cant access webmode in HTTP or HTTPS.

I recommend reset to factory default then start your config from the beginning again.
clear config

Then "reset system" - do not save config when you reset - or power off/on.
