I'm not seeing SSIDs for rogue access points any longer.
WCS 4.0.96.0 Base + Location on Linux, two WLC 4400s running 4.0.206.0, no location appliances (yet). I'm sure I'm missing something simple but I'm not sure what.

Do your test rogues broadcast their SSIDs ? Do you see them in a tool like Airmagnet or Kismet ?

They do broadcast - we have an old SSID we are retiring as we move from a mix of Cisco 350 & 1120 and Apple AirPort access points to a network of exclusive lightweight access points.
We used to see the rogue SSIDs in the WCS but after the latest software upgrade (on the WCS and two WLCs both) and the time zone update on the server itself, the SSID column is blank though the rogues are still listed in the WCS system.
