Packet drop inside glass room

Hi All,

In one of the floors of the building I am facing strange issue. The room is square, not big, holding 12-16 people. There is one AP in the middle of room with only 5ghz enable and no other signals in the same channel is visible all clear. There is one glass meeting room inside the floor. Inside the meeting room, Signal Analyzer shows perfect channel utilizations (RSSI: -48, SNR: 43) but I still have ping drops. When I leave the room, everything back to normal.

I know it very raw question with not much details but I think it may be enough to just give raw feedbacks.

What do you guys think? What can be the reason?

AP: 1852

WLC: 3504

Software: 8.5.160.4

i see multiple options to investigate
1) the glass room is very reflecting, so inside the room (though signal levels look good),
there is much interference from its own data transmission. which reflect in the ping response
be aware your signal analyzer only analyzes received signal, not sent .
2) there are more AP's involved than you mention and inside or outside the room you connect to another AP
