PCM350 can not Associate with AP

Hello all, I have a troublesome PCM350 PC card that can not associate with any AP's. All troubleshooting steps followed. Is there a way to set the card to factory defaults. Or does anyone have any other idea before this hits the graveyard.

On the ACU there is a defaults button for each tab.

What version ACU NDIS and firmware do you have ?? If these are mismatched it can cause this problem. Try the lastest for these.

Also reset the AP to factory default and configure only an SSID configure this same SSID on the client then build the config up from there

Hello,

I am running ACU 6.00.023. Firmware V5.02.19. BootBlock V1.50, NDIS Drivers V8.3.10. This is an older card that has just stopped working. Connecting to an AP running firmware 12.02. The problem lies inherently with this specific card. Multiple cards work on this setup.

Any other ideas. Can I reset the card in any way ?
