Pitney Bowes Smartlink Printer cannot connect to PSK Guest network

Recently migrated to C9130AXI-E AP in FlexConnect mode to a 5504 running 8.10.151. 

Pitney Bowes will not connect to a PSK based network. Password and SSID is correct. 

Device support both 2.4ghz and 5ghz.

Anyone successfully get one of these devices to connect ?

If you have printers MAC address the run debug client <MAC address> and share output.

you can also try packet capture and if you are missing message 3 in 4 way-handshake that means your password is wrong (I know you said it’s right, but having data is always good).

also try lower data rates, may be 6mbps or even lower.
