PoE with WS-C4507R+E

I have a problem with a switch WS-C4507R+E when I connect  an AP 3501I the AP doesn´t turn on, but only in th first card because

in the second card the AP turn on, the problem is only with the first card, in this card are 7 phone and they work fine.

The switch has 1217w remaining, the AP was connected to other ports in the same card but it doesn´t turn on.

How can I test if the port or the card is working fine.

I hope you can help me.

Maybe you've got a cable issue.

What are your line cards?  Post the output to the following commands:

1.  sh version

2.  sh module
