What are the required Ports to be Open?

Grab the Cisco 440X Wireless LAN Controllers Deployment Guide. In Appendix B, it lists the 'Protocol and Protocol Ports Used by the Cisco Unified Wireless Network Solution. You'll find what you need in there.
