hello experts!
prime infra 2.0 (2.0.0.0.294) already running.
giving low diskspace message.
prime dir shows:
Directory of disk:/

20 Oct 19 2013 17:07:37 crash

Usage for disk: filesystem
91193675776 bytes total used
32384401408 bytes free
130304061440 bytes available
show inventory reveals:
Hard Disk Count(*): 1
Disk 0: Device Name: /dev/sda
Disk 0: Capacity: 896.90 GB
Disk 0: Geometry: 255 heads 63 sectors/track 109053 cylinders
is 130304061440 bytes available = 130 GB?
if so, 896.90 - 130 = 766.9 GB is the remaining disk space?
if so, is it possible to use the remaining disk space as additional hd capacity to the existing filesystem, even though prime is already setup with 130GB?
can the existing filesystem be resized and use some, if not all, of remaining hd space?
if so, how?
searched... but nothing about resizing hd space on appliance was found.
thank you in advance!

Where is the low disk space error happening? Can you provide a screenshot?
Thanks

**First of all do a complete backup of the virtual machine before you attempt any HD resizing or additions **
This is the supported way, and recommended:)

if all else fails you don't want to do what's in this post:(

So PI starts these alarms when the disk or partition it's assigned is 60% full, adding hd space in ESXI is easy enough however can be a pain to adjust virtual disks and get the OS (linux) to recognize the additional HD space in PI.
the reason it starts yelling at 60% is it wants enough space for backup. Will post a link to walk you through this when I get home.
