Prime Infrastructure 1.3.0.20 - High CPU Load

Hi community,

we have a running Prime Installation (setup a few month ago), and since the last 2-3 weeks my customers admins complain that the system´s  response time is very slow, regardless which browser they use. I already did a "ncs cleanup" through the CLI. However, in the GUI under Administration / Appliance Status I noticed a constantly processor load of about 95% since the 03.09.2013 (!!!). This is still the case.

As a first step I tried to figure out, which service is affected (maybe java or so...) but the usal commands like top, ps etc. seem not to fetch the problem. Next I did a sheduled reboot of the system, but the load is still @ 95%.... any ideas ?

Thank you,

Benjamin

I am having the same problem, running PI version 2.0.

It has 4 cores assigned in ESXi and sits at a constant 95% CPU load. I haven't even added any devices yet.

By the time I load the page for the device center I get auto logged off for 15 minutes idle.

I hope someone has a solution for this?

Regards,

JT
