Hello all,

we have Cisco Prime NCS Ver. 1.0.2.29 running on a virtual appliance. Since a few weeks the alarm summary shows alarms but the alarm browser window is empty.

Any ideas?

Regards,

Hubert

Thanks for the answers. I have installed the patch  ncs_1_1_1_24-Update.13.4.tar.gz now and I am very confused that the problem with the empty alarm window always exist. What should I do now? What is cisco thinking about the time, customers can investigate to solve such problems?

Best regards, Hubert

Hubert, Please reply back w/ your CCOId and I'll publish a Chrome bug patch for your NCS 1.1.1.24 system.

Please don't think the work you've done installing the ncs patch you just put was all for nothing because this patch is very important and fixes many issues.

Hi, where can I find the CCOld? I took a look on the file system of the virtual appliance but I didn' t see anything.

Hubert,

Your CCO ID is the id you use to login to Cisco's website.

CCO stands for Cisco Connection Online.

Please just supply me w/ the ID you use to login to the website and I can publish the NCS 1.1.1.24 Chrome bug patch to that ID.

thanks, rob

Ooooups, sorry, I thought th "CCOld" is a directory

my CCO ID is: URZ-Landau

Do the Chrome bug patch solve the problem for Firefox too?

Regard, Hubert

k, I went ahead and published the patch off to that CCO ID.

You should receive an email in the next 10 minutes or so w/ instructions to download the file.

Just follow the instructions above to install the patch.

This patch should fix the problem on Firefox too.

thanks, rob

Ok Rob,

I've installed the patch and now it works for IE and Google Chrome but not for Firefox. Anyway I will use one of the both working browsers.

Many thanks for your help!

Best regards, Hubert
