Problem with AIR-AP1131AG-A-K9 from LWAPP to Autonomous

Hello experts,

I have problem when I want to upgrade and setting my Access Point.

I can't change the Ip address of my AP to access it from web.

Sometimes my computer got bluescreen when I connect with USB serial / console cable.

Help how to change my AP from LWAPP to Autonomous AP and what IOS do I use to this AP.

Read and follow this procedure instead:  Using a TFTP Server to Return to a Previous Release

I have read that  and change the file name with  c1130-k9w7-tar.default but AP cannot find that file from TFTP.

but AP cannot find that file from TFTP.

Can you tell me if the file is located in your default TFTP folder?

yes, i set the file located in default TFTP

Ok, do the entire process again.  But this time, copy-and-paste the entire process.  I want to see what you are doing and where it's failing.

maybe this picture can explain the error, i'm stuck now..

It's really hard to point out to you where the problem is because you are posting screenshots.

When you released the button after 29 seconds, the AP automatically assigns itself a 10.0.0.1 IP address (as per instruction).

Two lines later, the AP tries to search for the file.  But look at the line after that.  It's a "connection timeout".  This basically means the AP could not contact your TFTP server.

Maybe you need to check if Windows FW is enabled.

my firewall was enabled, but ap cannot connect to tftp

The problem may be, the AP could not contact your TFTP server.

Please check if Windows FW is enabled.

problem solved. extension file must be *.default
changing name for the file not running if the type file not change.
