Prolong Guest User with specific start date

Hi there,

I need to prolong a Guest User. Some guest users visit us many times. If I know it, I could prolong the user. But I only can raise the End Date. So the user is active even if the guest visit us in one week...

If I click in the box left of the user and choose "Schedule Guest User" I only can schedule a new user...

When you say user activity logs what specific detil do you want to see.

If it is visited URls it is not available via the WLC you would need to use ISE. I have seen clients use a combination of user login details, IP address and firewall logs to save the cost though.

You can always create the user but not as a guest user but as a regular user. That user will be in the system until you remove that user.
