"AIR-LAP1042N-K9L" always lost communication with the network device

Dear sir,
     I don't know why "AIR-LAP1042N-K9L" always lost communication with the network device that just works as AP. Maybe it works in an environment full of iron racks. SO how to improve the communication quality?
   And I want the have the manual about this device, but cannot find it on the website of cisco.

Hi,

1. to find blind spots and deployment places for APs, you need to do correct RF planning before AP deploy. that will make sure everyplace is covered with signal and seamless connectivity for wifi users.

2. this model is too old and EOL. you can replace them with new models which have enhanced features and support.
