Hi guys..
We are running a 3850 switch stack on version 03.03.05SE
While running the "show wireless ap summary" command on our stack I noticed an unusually high number of clients connected per AP..
LQ-SW-3850STK-1#sh wireless ap summary
Sub-Domain Access Point Summary
AP UpTime in hours:minutes:seconds
HostName Controller IP AP name AP Group AP Model AP IP AP UpTime Clients
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
LQ-SW-3850STK-1 10.73.139.240 LQ-AP-G114744 default-group 3702I 10.73.139.195 16:17:59 353
LQ-SW-3850STK-1 10.73.139.240 LQ-AP-G114750 default-group 3702I 10.73.139.139 16:17:56 322
Is the column labelled "Clients", a cumulative number of clients which have connected since the AP has been online ?
The switch stack was only rebooted 24 hours ago.. so the values of 353 and 322 clients against these APs seem strangly high ..
I have tried googling for Cisco documentation would might explain the output but cannot find any.
Any thoughts would be appreciated please.
