Hi,

Check these:

1. Choose Wireless > 802.11a/n or 802.11b/g/n > Network

Select the 802.11a (or 802.11b/g) Network Status check box to enable the 802.11a or 802.11b/g band.

2. Wireless > Access Points > All APs then click on specific AP and make sure admin status is enable.

if you are using Power INjector then

Go to Wireless > Access Points > All AP’s > Click on specific AP then go to  Advanced and check the Power Injector state.

If still fails to come up then paste the output of these commands:

1. WLC: sh sysinfo; and

2. AP: sh version

What kind of wireless NIC are you using?

How was it set up?

Ordinarily, eth interfaces are typically wired, not wireless.

Aside from those anomolies,

Research your NIC

Consider alternate drivers

Reboot the AP now and maybe regularly

Consider replacing the AP

Hmmmmm ... All the radios or just one radio?

I'd be checking the Regulatory Domain of the APs and make sure they match with the Country settings of the WLC.

1.  WLC:  sh sysinfo;

I just had an issue with that with v7.4.110.0 and some 2602's. 1142's were fine. Seemed like when I bounced the WLC or mad a change to RRM some of the AP's would disassociate and come back to the WLC. What I noticed is a few would have their radios down and I have to manually disable and enable to get then working again. I upgraded to v7.4.121.0 and seemed to be a bit more stable but only had an issue with one out if 325.

v7.5 is a deferred code so you might want to upgrade to v7.6 or downgrade to v7.4.121.0.
