RAP to MAP - Fail-over and re convergence time

Hey All

I want more resiliency out off a Cisco Outdoor Wireless network.  In the event of a Failure of a RAPs Ethernet connection leading upstream to the WLC/Core, the RAP will take approx 3-5 mins before it fails over an becomes acts as a MAP for 15 mins before starting its discovery process.

Is there any possibility to decrease this time, to make fail-over seamless?
