Recover from corrupt IOS Image on 1230

Hi

is there a way to recover from a corrupt IOS Image after upgrade von 12.0.8 to 12.0.11 on a 1230?

I get the following and need to recover or send the image again into flash.

Interrupt within 5 seconds to abort boot process.

Boot process failed...

The system is unable to boot automatically. The BOOT

environment variable needs to be set to a bootable

image.

You can use Xmodem to reload the IOS image on to the wireless device also. I think the procedure is same in all the APs.
