Regulatory domain check has failed for the AP

Looking for any thoughts on why I might be getting this message.

Cisco 3702i and 5508 Controller. There are 25 other AP's successfully joined, and all of them including the one failing at all -A models for US. I found the error message for this AP under Monitor -> Statistics -> AP Join.
