Roaming with 3 cisco APs

I need to install a wireless network with 3 Cisco APs. Two of them are fix the other are in a mobile vehicle. I need that the mobile AP is configured for roaming between the two fixes AP. This is a possible configuration? What APs should  I use?

You want to use AP with WLC or AP alone ?

I will say use 2 Cisco ap as in normal mode and use 3rd AP as WGB.

mount this WGB on mobile vehicle. This WHB will communicate with these 2 APs.

*** I will recommend to use 1702 Cisco AP.
